This dog is part cat and very entertaining. She was rescued when I received a call in March 2006 about a stray in my area. She fought being "caught," but, fortunately, I reached her in time to rush her to an emergency vet with tears in her skin and symptoms of shock. Her hearing is poor, but she's a spry old crone.

She retained her previous owner's name, Brandy, but picked up several new middle and surnames to suit her personality.

Meet Wilburforce, also known as Lexy. He joined the McCoy family in January 2009 after his "Mommy" was crippled during a break in at her home. His "Mommy" stays updated through Edain. He and Brandy Lou Muttonchop, the Sheltie who joined the tribe in March 2008 became instant buddies, also known as the Trouble Twins.
